Toffifee Muffins
Diese Muffins verstecken ihre Besonderheit tief im Inneren… Dort findet man nämlich einen Toffifee! Die Toffifee Muffins sind auf jeden Fall für alle Liebhaber von Toffifees genau das richtige! 
Die Muffins sind auch perfekt, um ein bisschen von der Weihnachtsschokolade zu verbacken und mit lieben Freunden zu teilen. Deshalb sind sie auch was für arme Studenten. Die meisten Zutaten hat man sogar als Student sowieso meistens zu Hause: Nutella und Naturjoghurt zähle ich schonmal dazu.
Zutaten für 12 Toffifee-Muffins:
- 1 Ei
- 80g Zucker
- 100g Nutella
- 300g Naturjoghurt
- 270g Mehl
- 2 TL Backpulver
- 1 TL Natron
- 70g Krokant (kann man zur Not auch weglassen)
- 4 EL Milch
- 12 Toffifees (in einer Packung sind 15 Stück, die restlichen sind also für den Bäcker :) )
- Schokolade oder Kuvertüre zur Verzierung
- Haselnusskerne zur Verzierung (optional)
1. Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen und die Muffinformen einfetten und mehlen.
2. Ei und Zucker mit dem Rührgerät schaumig schlagen, Nutella und Joghurt allmählich zugeben und wieder rühren.
3. Mehl, Backpulver und Natron in einer zweiten Schüssel mischen. Erst wenn alles gut durchmischt ist, zu den feuchten Zutaten geben und auf niedrigster Stufe mischen, bis alles gut durchmengt ist. Aber nicht zu lange schlagen. Zum Schluss Krokant dazu geben und nur noch einmal kurz rühren.
4. Den Teig auf 12 Förmchen verteilen und zum Schluss jeweils einen Toffifee in die Mitte drücken. Der Teig geht so gut auf, dass der Toffifee von allein verschwindet. Ich hatte nur einen Muffin, bei dem der Toffifee später noch sichtbar war.
5. Die Toffifee Muffins ca. 30 Minuten backen. Wenn sie nach dem Backen abgekühlt sind, kann man sie noch mit Schokoglasur und einer Haselnuss versehen.
Meine Testpersonen fanden die Toffifee Muffins richtig gut! Ist also auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert für alle Muffin-Fans, die mal etwas anderes wollen.
