Apfel-Blätterteig-Teilchen
Was macht man, wenn man morgens Appetit auf Kuchen hat, aber weder Lust einen aufwendigen Teig anzurühren, noch zum Bäcker zu gehen? Die Lösung sind Blätterteig-Teilchen! Ich hab für den “Notfall” immer ein paar Blätterteigplatten im Tiefkühlfach. Und wenn ich dann mal keine Lust habe etwas zu kochen oder zu backen, dann kommen sie zum Einsatz. Und das praktische daran ist, dass man ganz einfach für jede Person portionieren kann. Bei meiner Back-Unlust ist dann das dabei heraus gekommen: Apfel-Blätterteig-Teilchen. Die waren perfekt zum Frühstück: schnell, einfach und lecker! Das Rezept eignet sich auch ideal, falls mal unangemeldet Gäste vorbei schauen.
Zutaten pro Portion:
- 1 Platte TK Blätterteig
- 1 Apfel
- etwas Zimt
- ein paar Mandelblättchen
Und so geht´s:
1. Den Blätterteig ca. 10 min auftauen. Dann in der Mitte halbieren.
2. Apfel schälen und in feine Scheiben schneiden. Man braucht nur einen halben Apfel. Den restlichen Apfel roh zu essen, schadet dem Bäcker nicht 
3. Dann nur noch nach Belieben mit Zimt, Mandeln oder Ähnlichem bestreuen. Ich hatte auch noch kleine Butterflöckchen darauf gegeben, aber das war eindeutig zuviel.
3. Dann für ca. 30 min bei 180°C in den vorgeheizten Ofen.
